At DREADWOLF, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible product, you may request a return or replacement in accordance with this policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only when:

The product received is damaged or defective.
The wrong product, size, or item was sent by DREADWOLF.
The product received is materially different from the product ordered.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must be:

Unworn and unused.
Unwashed.
In its original condition.
Returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories, where applicable.

Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage caused by the customer, or misuse may not be eligible for return or replacement.

2. Return Request Period

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or replacement.

Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Reason for the return
Clear photographs or video of the product and packaging, where applicable

For damaged or incorrect orders, photographic or video evidence may be required to help us verify the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

Products that have been worn or washed.
Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care.
Products that have been altered, modified, or customized at the customer's request.
Products returned without original tags or packaging where required.
Products returned after the applicable return period.

4. Size Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, size exchanges may be available subject to product availability.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Any additional shipping costs associated with a size exchange may be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

After verification, DREADWOLF may offer:

A replacement product; or
A refund, where a replacement is unavailable or otherwise appropriate.

We may request photographs or videos of the product before approving the return or replacement.

6. Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another reasonable method available to us.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.

7. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error, defect, or other issue attributable to DREADWOLF.

If a return is requested for reasons such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong size, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Return Shipping

For products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by DREADWOLF, we may provide appropriate instructions regarding return shipping.

For other eligible returns or exchanges, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.
